A story to be told.

The main bulk of schoolwork has finally been concluded just on the final stretch. So I can finally concentrate more on the other grand pursuits of leisure besides simply looking at other's artwork on DA.

Of course, with this pause in story-writing I'm not too sure where to pick things up now. Been doing a lot of outlining and plot development for Project: KH now. Thanks the frustrating aspects of playing KH2: FM+ there.

But I'm not sure if I should head back there, perhaps revisit some of the other tales I've done before. Or maybe work on something new for a change. A bit of a conundrum I find myself in it seems.

Go ahead and Ask

Well, school and work are reaching a crest this month so I'm pretty much limiting most of my writing to small stuff or character profile. Hopefully once things are settled by next month I can pull out some more stuff.

Anyhow to bide the time away I decided to give this little question 3 thing thats been going around DA a try. See if there are any takers for it.

Rules:
You can ask me THREE questions
No matter how crazy, inappropriate, or random they are
I will answer 100% truthfully (or as close to the truth as i can).

See what sort of reaction this will bring. =)

Happy Easter, eat a Bunny.

A chocolate one most likely, unless you enjoy roasting one up. Whether it be a real or chocolate you roast is up to you. For me, I'm happy for any day I don't have to chance encounter that killer furball from Holy Grail. Death awaits you with sharp pointy teeth.

*Does the Tim the Enchanter's impression*

Anyhow, now that's been taken care of guess it is down to DA business. Which is not too much at the moment. Still trying to work on my stories and those that I owe other people. Manage to catch a few free kiribans too, so got that to look forward now. Guess that about sums things up. Hmmm...

In game related news, the import of Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix Plus came in so no doubt that is going to stir my KH gear a bit. Probably also won't stop hearing from my sister at how much *insert new challenge* is really annoying and sadistic. Going to be some interesting times ahead with that now.

Also Spring Anime season has started with a few interesting ones that have caught my attention. Most notable one is RomeoXJuliet with its delightful rendition of the popular song "You raise me up!". Going to keep hearing that songs till it going to make me want to kill myself just like that star-struck couple. It takes a lot of liberties with the story, but it seemed to be taking it in an interesting direction even if I couldn't stand the original. (Juliet was way too young in it. x.x)

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Striker S also is promising sequel to the other Nanoha series after the last two. The timeline has been shifted quite a bit and there is a whole new cast of characters to learn, but the same crazy magical fighting actions from the past is still there. Look forward to some crazy action sequences in this one too.

Gurren Lagann can't say much about this since it is still so new and I really don't know any japanese. But the sheer audacity of some of the characters and actions just has me tickled. I'm a bit of a sucker for that. :P

OVA-wise, my beloved manga series Murder Princess finally had its first volume released this past month. The anime manage to live up to the manga's bloody warpath with its deliciously psychotic main character. She is total psychopath if you get on her bad side and she screams so delightful too. =D

Well, that is all I got to say for now. That and my sister updated and redone her site which I also hang out too. Check it out to see some of the stuff we've done. [link]

Till next time.

Stories to be told.

Looks like I managed to get some more of my writing done, got the creative juice flowing as they might say. Even if it does sound a bit icky in context.

Anyhow, it was pretty fun to return to problematic school life of Elaine with MGUA "Punked". [link] [link]

But I also like to announce the completion of a trade I'm doing with the talented and her delightful story of The Future of Kingdom. You should check out her to see the great art and work she's done for it. Especially that transformation gif for Timi's transformation. [link]

What can I say? Just something I enjoy. =D

So presenting for my end of the trade, a fanfic based on TFoK "The Man who won't be King." Introducing a character whom I'm sure will go down in infamy as the most wretched excuse for a person in that world. ;P

He's so horrible, I even did a bonus deviation, "Behind the Writing Desk", to give you a glimpse a bit more into his mind. [link]

Well, I can say this had been a lot of fun and I hope Qvi enjoys it as well.

Trades:
* Done TFoK Fanfic "The Man who won't be King" [link] [link]
* In Progress

I'm still offering a short written piece, probably around three to four pages in length roughly. I do have my limitations so there something I probably can't do very well, but we'll deal with that bridge if we have to cross it.

Drop a comment if you're interested.

Begins the March

Thu Mar 1, 2007, 7:46 PM
February passed over rather quickly, but no surprise with that really. Even in a leap year it wouldn't be extent that much to the equivalents of other months. Certainly did give me quite a rush with schoolwork balanced against my job too. Still I guess I manage to weather it all pretty well.

Manage to get two chapters for my Project: Kingdom Hearts Part 1 out during the month. Got some other things lined up as well for this month along with continuing other stuff. So hopefully we'll be seeing some more different tales from me before the month is out.

Got some interesting things I'd want to tell, but probably don't have the time to get them all out. So got to figure out which one I can probably divulge it to its entirety now.

Overall the month of February has seen some splendid artist and their works show up for this month. Certainly the amount of comments and favorites I've been doing has spike is a testament of that. Look forward to what else they might bring and what new stuff I might find too.

Another amusing note is that I've hit 1K in page views. Just an amusing notion to have reached that.
