Personality:
    Naomi disliked the idea of fate or bad luck. Raised on the idealism of self-reliance by her father, she has always strive to be a capable and independent person. To foster at school she presents herself as prim honor student to showcase her qualities. Though as a result this has fueled an extremely love for being praised. In fact, Naomi can often let herself get carried away when praised enough in making some less then tactful decisions or promises. Though in public she tries hard not to appear foolish. As result she fostered a rather proper and refined images to most who are only casually associate or know about her.
    Privately, Naomi is rather loud and aggressive. If you upset her, she is more than ready to verbally beat you and if that is not enough she can thoroughly hurt you too. Even though she does care a lot, that part is usually hard to tell between all her bolstering and demands. She is also incredibly petty and does not take insults lightly. Anything that offends her will typically receive her scorn many times over. When it comes to dealing with a problem like that Naomi openly supports crushing it completely in one go. She is not one to let go of a grudge without receiving some satisfaction or submission. This boils down to how incredibly self-conscious she is about herself. Therefore she goes through extremely reactions to appearing as close to her ideal concept, while punishing anything that gets in her way.
    Because of how much effort and work she puts into herself. Naomi expects other to show similar effort or at least determination. Those that are lazy or coast on prior achievements are a nuisance. This makes other consider her rather harsh, but Naomi is quite competitive and willing to submit herself to the same standard too. Unless she is doing this entirely out of spite. Then things can get truly hellish for whoever is the target of her scorn. Those that she like she might act similar, but this is more of her simply teasing them which she enjoys. Because of how much she craves control, when things take unexpected turns or go out of control it makes her incredibly flabbergasted. Often she will often panic in response acting out by sheer emotions which rarely produces the best results and tend to make the situation crazier. The aftermath often leaves her quite embarrassed and can often shut herself away to hide from the shame.
    As Hot Girl, Naomi finds it a lot harder to keep herself restrain. The pretense of acting proper is completely lost and she wears her emotions on her sleeves. This often shows itself in her completely embarrassment at times at being so exposed. But also in her destructive retaliations too. Though she is scared about anyone finding out Naomi and Hot Girl are the same. She does find herself take advantage of the anonymity to do some truly self-indulgent acts. Getting caught doing those can often make her both really angry and embarrassed that tends to trigger a rampage. When her emotions are running wild, it becomes incredibly hard for Hot Girl to control her strength and she often causes collateral damage. The more heat absorb makes her emotions even more volatile and she becomes completely unable to internalize any thoughts at all. Also becomes impossible to restrain herself and she will end up acting upon the immediate impulses to satisfy them.

• Green Zone Corp. - With the Corporate HQ in her city, Naomi cannot avoid how much the corporation is everywhere. Since the accident from their product that caused her to become Hot Girl, she become increasingly leery of them. Especially with their attempt to cover up any involvement in the situation. While she for now ignores them, Green Zone is aware of her condition and monitors it in hope of finding a way to profit from this accident.
• Hot Girl Fan-clubs - A collection of different groups and individuals that professed an unhealthy fixation over Hot Girl. Some of them are simply those who appreciate and wish to see more. Others are more determined wishing to enjoy a more physical relationship with her. Regardless they are persistent both to Naomi with their varying degree of stalking and adoration which makes any of her appearances as Hot Girl fraught with bother.
  
• Roshni C. Pereira - A fellow student from Victoria High School, she is a noted weirdo and xenoengineer who formed a partnership with Naomi to learn more about the mutation. Roshni is curious about whether this mutation created by Green Zone might hint at ties or connections with extraterrestrials that been sighted in the area. Naomi only reluctantly cooperates because of Roshni's ability to handle things discreetly. The two of them consider their partnership largely professionally based.
  
• Xavier H. Francis - Boyfriend, he met Naomi during a spring break trip and the two started a long distance relationship together. He is not from around the area, but comes from the Malkin Grey University that is several counties over. He is unaware of her situation, but is trusting in Naomi's abilities to handle herself when necessary. The two of them try to show affections and passion together, but can easily get embarrassed over it. Often with Naomi throwing out an outburst.

• All Around Athlete - Naomi is very active in exercising. Both in her part as part of a volleyball team, but also in working out at the fitness center. She is trained her body up to same state as many professional athlete.
• Bajiquan Martial Artist Mastery - Naomi is trained in this school of martial arts courtesy of one of the fitness instructors who teachers it for self defense. She has practiced it for several years and it is quite devastatingly effective in using it. This allows her to endure harsh conditions, perform brief feats of strength, and breaks objects through kinetic force combine with Ki. 
• Internal Heat - As a result of her altered body, Naomi internal body temperature always remain a warm constant. This means that she can step out into cold weather and feel no different for it. This also works inversely that it is difficult for her to notice hotter temperatures until it she starts to transform.
• Hot Girl
• Heat Absorption - Hot Girl can continue to absorb heat indirectly from the environment or direct exposure to fuel her internal heat energy which is necessary to maintain her altered state. As a passive reaction to absorbing heat, this does not in any way decrease the ambient heat source at all. The more she absorbs the hotter she gets both temperature and in appearance. This can effect both Impervious Skin and Molten touch making them stronger too. After a particular threshold of absorption she can convert herself into Blazing Form.
  
• Blazing Form - At a heightened state of heat the eyes become orbs of flames while hair becomes a blazing mane. Lines of blazing energy appear along her body as flames almost seem to be leaking out from her body. Her strength and skin become substantially stronger in this state, however she burns energy at incredible rate and can rarely hold it for more than a couple minutes at most with sufficient outside sources to maintain. If still able to absorb during this state she can go giantess size and beyond.
  
• Impervious Skin - Hot Girl possesses an augmented skin that makes her immune to all standard ballistic and melee weaponry. Only exceptional or military weapons are able to damage her though potentially at a reduced rate depending on the her heated state. 
• Molten Touch - Hot Girl generates an enormous amount of heat. Whenever she gets sufficiently enraged or absorb too much heat the surface of her skin can reach temperatures capable of burning and melting things. This produces a distortion around her because of the sheer amount of heat being generated from her. At the expense of some of her internal heat energy she can immolate her hands or feet with fire to deliver burning attacks.

• Membership (Atlas Fitness Center) - A member of the gym that is managed by her mother, Naomi is a familiar face among the clientele. She is friendly with a number of the instructors and taught by them too. Most of them are willing to provide some help to her if needed within their capabilities. Also the fitness center is supplied with all the latest fitness tool along with recently expanded to include comforts like massage and more that Naomi can use too.
• Contact (Roshni C. Pereira) - Roshni regularly involved in keeping tabs on the supernatural and paranormal activities to provide intelligence for Naomi on active or rumored situations. She is also quite smart and able to determine the possible origins of strange phenomenons and even possess some alien technology that she might use to help. Any support requires Naomi providing favor in return making this a reluctant source of help.
  
• Contact (Xavier H. Francis) - Xavier is an expert hacker and willing to use his talents to help his girlfriend within reason. He can pull information for her and arrange for things to get done. Though Naomi respects his talents, she prefers not to get him directly involved in anything that could get him in serious trouble like dealing with government or mega-corporations. Especially since he will hardly questions the reason simply trusting in her.
  
• Weakness
• Bad Luck - Naomi might have been born under an unlucky sign, but the chances of misfortunes striking her in situation over everyone else is higher than normal. These are rarely above the level of embarrassment or inconvenience, but has helped driven her sense of self-reliance to overcome and deny this phenomenon. Though initially easily brushed aside, this complication is a major culprit to causing accidental transformation for her.
  
• Cold Vulnerability - While as either Naomi or Hot Girl they are unaffected by the feeling of coldness. The presence of cold saps the internal heat energy used to sustain the Hot Girl state. When she reaches the weakened state as Hot Girl, any sufficient exposure to cold temperature will force her to revert back to Naomi. After that there is cool-down period for Naomi to generate enough internal heat energy to change again. Absorbing more heat from external sources can reduce the issue. 
• Weakened State - Once triggered into Hot Girl state, Naomi cannot change back into Hot Girl without reducing herself to a weakened state. It requires draining her internal heat energy sufficiently. This typically will require exposure to cold. Actively using either Blazing Form or Molten Touch can also reduce her internal heat energy to push her to the Weakened State. If not force into this state, Hot Girl's internal heat is sufficient to maintain the default form indefinitely.
  

Background:
    Naomi is a proud honor student who is well regarded by many students and teachers. As captain of the school's volleyball team, she managed to bring the team to nationals. Outside of school, she maintains an active life often working out at Atlas a fitness center run by her mother. At home she often takes charge of overseeing her younger brother since both parents are often busy with work. The father often away an business trips as a security consultant. Overall Naomi was quite satisfied with how her life was working out.
    That all changed when she got the chance to participate in a test of an experimental thermogenic supplement from the Green Zone mega-corporation. Naomi always being a rather self-conscious health freak was always looking to use different health and beauty products to improve herself. Unfortunately this supplement had been tainted by a dissatisfied researcher with an unstable mutagen agent. This produced an unexpected result in Naomi mixed with all the other supplements and products that was taking.
    After a heavy workout session, Naomi went to take a hot shower to clean herself off. The reaction of her body to the steamy water caused her mutated body to react immediately. In mere moments she was overtaken by intense emotions while her body tanned and changed dramatically. By the time she regain her senses the transformation has remade her into a smoking bronze-skin red hair amazon of amazing stature. It unfortunately also made her way too large to clothes and cover herself normally.
    What followed next was an embarrassing escapade where she had to dodge both fitness security and patrons while trying to maintain some shred of modesty. In the end an accidental fall into the cold swimming pool caused her to revert back to ordinary Naomi. Upset about the whole incident, but willing to simply brush it aside as a freak occurrence, she returned home to get away from it all. Unfortunately when she took another hot shower caused yet another change again.
    Frustrated at her condition, Naomi desperately tried to figure out the reason for this. However the Green Zone having discovered the actions of the researcher had agents sent out to quickly confiscate all tainted supplements. Unable to figure things out on her own now, she reluctantly sought the help of the local weird genius, Roshni C. Pereira. Roshni was a xenoengineer interested in study of anything alien-related who only grudgingly helped Naomi merely out of interest in research. After submitting Naomi through a series of embarrassing and degrading trials were they able to get a better understanding of the mutation.
    At the same time, the social media in the area was already exploding with images and videos showing Naomi in her altered state back at the fitness center. The internet quickly dubbed her as Hot Girl. Though Naomi disliked the name and attention, she reluctantly uses it to avoid any suspicion falling under her normal persona. Since then she had to deal with a lot of leery attention and interest whenever she changes into Hot Girl in public. The amount of popularity that Hot Girl generates easily rivals Naomi eliciting a lot of jealousy. Fan clubs emerged and some dedicated individuals even pledged to stalk her too. This amount of attention is extremely disconcerting for Naomi and she does not hold back in releasing frustration at them.
    Despite her misgiving about the situation, Naomi is not afraid to use Hot Girl to her advantage. Ranging from dealing with strange alien lifeforms or mutated monsters that appear in the area. Or simply to show off in turn to humiliate someone that has earn her ire. And some times she even uses Hot Girl to wreck some destructive payback on people too. Though Naomi wished her trigger mechanism was not quite so sensitive, she has grudgingly found a way to make use of this circumstance. She still be plenty happy if she could find a way to get rid of it completely. Also the matter with the rogue researcher and Green Zone is something she plans on settling too at some points. She will have her debts paid back hundredfold for when they have submitted her through.

[Notes]
    Naomi Summer concept originated from a discussion with Lonebeatle about the notion of an individual who would change as a result of being too hot. This was due to the hot temperature at night during the summer making things quite uncomfortable to sleep. At the time this brought to memory of the old cartoon, Turbo Teen. The individual when exposed to heat would transform into an automobile that he accidentally was merged with during a science accident. So the concept of the trigger felt intriguing to explore, but in this case going for a more amazonian expression of change.
    So the expression the hotter she feels, the hotter she gets was done for her. The idea that she would taking the imagery of a bronze statuesque figure as her default state. After absorbing enough heat from more extreme exposure the heat would start to manifest more prominently which led to her Blazing Form. In that state the power of heat would manifest through her eyes and hair becoming like living fire to give her a more intimidating appearance. This also has the potential she can take on giantess size by absorbing enough heat from being dipped in a Volcano for example. 
    Naomi is intended as a heroic protagonist, but one flawed by both pride and wrath. These qualities often can get her into trouble or make her do things she might later regret. It also makes it easy for misunderstandings to occur and to get on the wrong side of her can find you a determined foe. Still once the matters are settled, Naomi is willing to let bygones go. Also because of the rather skewed view the media has portrayed Hot Girl, others might come into the picturing her as a menace or exhibitionist. Which is sure to annoy Hot Girl quite a lot. Thanks to her bad lack, she finds enough accidents to change into Hot Girl compare to times she chooses change.
