  But no matter how much she wanted it to stop, the change would not relent. Already the overwhelming urges were eroding her ability to resist. Swelling muscles tempt her with the awesome power that was filling the entire body. The more she felt them, the more she knew there was no denying it. Already her appearance were a far cry from the plump doctor before. Splotches of green continue to spread and darkened across her exposed body. Wild mane of hair spreading out almost completely green now. Clothing tore apart to reveal the massive curves and thickening muscles all over. She could only brace herself as the change only intensify the pressure.

 This pitch takes us to a rather popular or prevalent genre in anime/manga which is the fighting/tournament. Here I presented a pitch on how Momo-Hulk might find herself thrust into the wild and crazy world. Giving the flexibility of the setup, also provided a slight alternate take too. Matsumoto still the same lovable character, but she is struggling against more personal and financial stakes too. Also continues the theme that thanks to all the mishaps, she is often in a comically destitute or financial straits in most of these pitches.

• Backdrop: Beneath the veneer of civilization is a underground world where things that would be illegal are carried out to the entertainment of millions. Among the most dangerous of their spectacles is the fighting arena, where combatants are allowed to battle till a victor is decided through any means allowed. Numerous corporations and other powerful agents uses these fights to gamble and bet on high stakes. This has lead to a continuing escalation in the kind of combatants recruited for this fights.
  
• Summary: Increasingly the kind of combatants being used are no longer remotely human from mutated individuals to even robots. In need for a quick cash flow after a terrible accident left her mutated, a nutty scientist decides to step into the fighting ring. The question is not whether she can survive the increasingly stranger gauntlet of opponents, but will the seedier elements behind it inevitably corrupt her?
  
• Momo's Role: Thanks to the accident that made her Momo Hulk, she is in a state of financial destitution. The chance opportunity to fight allows her to make use of the Hulk state and obtain the money she needs to research. Yet the thrill of fighting and fame will have an effect on her. Much less as her infamy rises other parties hope to entangle her deeper into the twisted underworld politics.
• Alternate Take: Instead of a underground fighting ring, could flip it and make it something public and silly like the Keijo anime too.
